These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and your relationship with HoopsGear UK. By using our website and/or placing an order with us, you agree to accept and adhere to these terms and conditions in full.
When you place an order with HoopsGear UK, you are making an offer to purchase products. We will send you an order confirmation email to acknowledge your order, but this does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
A contract is only formed when we dispatch the products to you and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline your order or any part of it at any point until the products have been dispatched.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.

All orders are dispatched with tracking numbers. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

HoopsGear UK cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes for international orders.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@hoopsgear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
For most equipment, we offer a 14-day trial period. This allows you to test the product in real-game situations. Products returned under this policy must be in good condition, with only reasonable signs of use.
Please note that personalized items, team uniforms with custom printing, and hygiene products (such as mouthguards) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item or provide a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
For items that develop faults after use but within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact us for warranty claim procedures.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
